When she first saw what he had become she was terrified, not because of his power or what he looked like but because their was a very real possibility that Ichigo wouldn't come back that he would stay this dark monstrous creature. She was unsure whether she should thank the black winged Espada for bringing Ichigo back or continue to hate him for putting the blond in that state. In the end her choice was made for her as the bone white man died before her eyes.

Ichigo seemed to have used most of his energy in his hollow form for when she ran to him he collapsed into her arms. She didn't know what to say so she just held him close. Looking over his shoulder she noticed Orihime was standing in the same spot with her arm extended as though the green eyed man would reach out and take it as silent tears ran down her cheeks. Rukia knew there would be time enough to sort everything out later, for now she would stay with Ichigo.

I wasn't sure what I was gonna write so I just said screw it I'll go on instinct. I'm actually pretty happy with this (and of course I couldn't have done it with your incredibly emotional picture).

I know, Kubo seems to be torturing us severely, I am thinking that he will give us reunion, just not now. This new chapter made me cry a lot T_T. I see Ichigo needs Rukia now more than ever. He is so guilt riddled and very depressed after knowing what his hollow did to friends and foe. My poor Ichi with dark bags under his eyes, so thin, so waisted and having a huge amount of remorse and disbelieve. He looked like he feels he has no self-worth as a warrior. Someone needs to help him and I am confident Rukia will.
Your work is very beautiful as always, the way Rukia hugs him there is very wonderful and emotional, how she clenches her fingers in his shihakusho and her concerned face. I hope something like that happens soon ;____; thanks for doing this
