When I saw chapter 93 (I think) of the Bounto arc I was more than impressed... to watch Rukia being tortured, slashed to death, and not being able to do anything for fear of those children being hurt. But the thing that drew my eyes (and my mind) the most was that, even though the blade cut through her flesh many times, not once her knees touched the ground.
She stood firm, her hands and muscles ironed in determination, the compass of her legs opened so she wouldn´t fall and, above all, I could imagine her eyes, transpiring fury for, even if she knew she was defeated, about to die, her pride was the only thing she could protect now, as so she would do. She may be bent, but she would never be broken.

Cuando ví el capítulo 93 (creo) de la saga de los Bounto, estaba más que impresionada... al ver a Rukia siendo torturada, cortada a morir, y sin ser capaz de hacer nada por miedo a que los niños fueran lastimados. Pero lo que llamó más mi atención fue que, aún cuando la hoja cortó varias veces su carne, ni una sola vez sus rodillas tocaron el suelo.
Ella se mantuvo firme, sus manos y todos sus músculos convertidos en acero en su determinación, el compás de sus piernas abierto para no caer y, sobretodo, pude imaginar sus ojos, transpirando furia ya que, aún cuando sabía que estaba derrotada y a punto de morir, su orgullo era lo único que le quedaba por proteger y así lo haría.
Tal vez se doblara, pero nunca se rompería.
